Air Physiotherapy is a specialist respiratory physiotherapy service that focuses on helping treat those recovering from Long Covid – on issues such as breathlessness, exercise intolerance and fatigue – as well as those who have breathing problems.
Asthma UK and British Lung Foundation
Asthma UK and the British Lung Foundation merged in 2020 to become a new charity – the Asthma UK and British Lung Foundation Partnership. The Partnership brings lasting benefits to everyone in the UK affected by asthma and other lung diseases.
The UK’s bereavement signposting and information service. AtaLoss helps people find information, helpful resources and bereavement support in their preferred language wherever they live in the UK.
Fifth Sense is the charity for people affected by smell and taste disorders. Its vision is to transform society’s understanding of the importance of the senses of smell and taste, and through doing so transform the lives of those affected by smell and taste disorders.
Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE)
The national third sector intermediary for a range of health and social care organisations. The ALLIANCE gives people who are disabled or living with long term conditions, and unpaid carers, a strong voice.
Inequalities in Health Alliance
A coalition of organisations, convened by the Royal College of Physicians, who have come together to campaign for a cross-government strategy to reduce health inequalities.
The Long Covid Alliance
A network of patient-advocates, scientists, disease experts, and drug developers who have joined together to leverage their collective knowledge and resources to educate policy makers and accelerate research to transform our understanding of post-viral illness.
As the UK’s leading end of life charity, Marie Curie provides frontline nursing and hospice care, a free support line and a wealth of information and support on all aspects of dying, death and bereavement.
With more than 180 members covering a diverse range of health conditions and communities, National Voices strives to strengthen the voice of patients, service users, carers, their families and the voluntary organisations that work for them.
Covid Aid has been working with the National Health Service across the UK on its support around Long Covid, looking to ensure that the pathways are in place for people to receive the right type of support when they require it.
Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO)
The national membership body for Scotland’s charities, voluntary organisations and social enterprises, SCVO inspires people to take voluntary action to help themselves and others.
The Small Charities Coalition
Through its network of over 15,000 member organisations, the Small Charities Coalition gives a voice to people working on the front line of some of our communities' biggest problems.
