About Covid Aid
Mission Statement
We envision a future where every adult, young person, and child in the UK can access the vital support they need to overcome the traumatic effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
Positioning Statement
As we begin to move on from the Covid-19 pandemic, many people are still suffering, struggling to find the right support to overcome issues such as Long Covid, grief and bereavement, trauma and financial instability.
Led by its members, Covid Aid is an innovative and fully-inclusive online community where anyone can access support and expert advice for however long they need it. So far, we have helped over 175,000 people from all over the UK, and we will continue to advocate for anyone adversely affected by Covid-19.
Our Promise
With a diligently monitored community leading the way, and expert advice covering a wide range of topics, Covid Aid users will always feel welcomed, understood and that we are on their side.
We are already partnering with the likes of Marie Curie and Asthma UK/British Lung Foundation, and are engaged in conversations with the NHS to ensure that people’s needs can be met through our services, advice and information, and other support.
